How far can ODAFF and the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office go concerning soil testing?

by bevsaunders last modified 01-14 -2006 18:31

FOURTH AMENDMENT [U.S. Constitution] - 'The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.'

If the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture comes to your farm and asks to do this extensive soil testing procedure (described below) or if they obtain a warrant to conduct this search and you elect to stand with other poultry producers who oppose it, please contact Poultry Partners at 918-422-4030. We will contact our attorney to help you with legal advise to be certain you are doing what is correct according to the law while standing up for your rights.
