Dear Poultry Partners,

An informational meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Monday evening, April 3, at the Colcord Community Center  (located just west of the football field) to discuss the possible upcoming soil and water testing.

Michael Graves, one of Poultry Partners’ attorneys, will speak to those in attendance about the Oklahoma Attorney General’s intent to issue subpoenas to 21 poultry growers/farms in the Illinois River watershed to allow the Attorney General to take samples of soil, surface water runoff, groundwater and litter.
